Wilmington Vegan is hosting an Asian-themed potluck on Saturday, September 16, 2023, from 5-7pm, at South Front Apartments, 1400 S 2nd Street, Wilmington.
Let’s be inspired by the cuisines of Asia! Many Asian dishes are traditionally vegan, and others are easily veganizable.
The purpose of our potlucks is to make (or purchase) a dish to share with others, get together and socialize with like-minded folks, and enjoy samples of all the yummy vegan foods everyone brings.
Please come with a good amount of food to share and extra if you’re bringing children or there’s more than one person in your party. Labeling of ingredients is encouraged—as are recipes!
Remember: This is a vegan safe-space event and DISHES MUST BE 100% VEGAN, with no meat, no fish, no milk, no butter, no eggs, no chicken stock, no honey, and so on. Please ask if you have any questions.
This is also a TRASH-FREE EVENT which means we are not generating any waste – please bring only reusable items, no paper or plastic. Please also bring YOUR OWN UTENSILS, BOWL, PLATE, CLOTH NAPKIN, and drink.
Reminder: If you’d like to attend but cannot contribute a dish at this time, please come regardless. We want you there!
